We get it- clear pricing is important. This is exactly why we don't publish pricing on our website. We provide custom pricing based on the square footage of your home the frequency of scheduled cleanings, or the type of membership you select. Once you submit the New Member Survey, we will send you a custom quote that tells you the exact flat rate price of each membership type. 

We use a team cleaning model for almost every cleaning type in order to reduce the overall duration of each clean without sacrificing quality of work. For this reason, factoring in the  square footage of your home is incredibly important when estimating the length of each clean.

We work mostly in teams of 2 however you may occasionally see a team of 3 or a solo cleaner!

Yes, we are licensed and insured! This is an important distinction between using a professional cleaning company versus an individual housekeeper.

Yes, we offer a 24 hours guarantee! While we do follow a process to avoid missing anything, sometimes our humanness kicks in. If you see a spot that somehow got overlooked, let us know and we are happy to make it right within 24 hours! 

When we set up your account with us we will get a credit or debit card to have on file to charge for your cleanings! We also have a client portal link that will be set up for your convenience. Here is where you can update your card on file or make any payment adjustments.
